We work with independent product design agencies who will work with you to design your product for manufacture, not just to look pretty! This is a very technical area where attention to detail is vital. Expert advice is required to produce a design which is suitable for a product to be manufactured. 3D CAD modelling and analysis, product visualisation through to prototyping.
Product Design for Manufacture
We are able to offer you whatever grade of tooling you would like for your product, with the service to match. We deal with tooling companies both in the UK, Europe & the Far East.
Once the tooling has been manufactured, tested and signed off, it is then time to produce your component or item.
Mould Tooling and Plastic Injection Moulding
Once your product has been manufactured, we are able to provide a variety of secondary operations and can assemble your item, and also complete the production cycle through to final packaging, ready for distribution to anywhere in the world if required.
